What you need:
Low carb whole wheat tortilla? Check!
Pepper Jack Yogurt Cheese? Check!
Turkey Pepperoni? Check!
Black Beans? Check!
How to make:
Heat beans in a pot till they are cooked to the state you enjoy them. Heat tortillas over medium heat in a pan with the cheese broken up over them and the pepperoni on top. Heat until cheese is melty. Pour cooked beans on tortilla/cheese/pepperoni combination. Add salsa to taste. Marvel at your culinary mastery.
